MarkdownMem terms.
These terms cover MarkdownMem and its paid subscriptions. MarkdownMem is owned and operated by Sernia Ventures LLC.
The service
MarkdownMem provides hosted Markdown memory for AI agents, with a web editor, workspace permissions, and MCP connections. Features and limits are described on the product and pricing pages and may change as the service develops. Keep an independent copy of important notes. Free, Basic, and Pro do not include a contractual uptime or recovery guarantee.
Your account and content
You control which content you store and which clients or people can access it. Use content you have permission to process. Keep credentials private, and do not use the service to compromise other accounts or systems.
Subscriptions and delivery
Basic and Pro are billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe Managed Payments at the price shown before checkout. Applicable tax is added at checkout. Stripe acts as merchant of record for covered purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Paid plan limits apply after Stripe confirms a successful checkout; contact support if access is not updated promptly.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription in the memory desk, which opens Stripe subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid limits remain available until then. There are no automatic overage charges.
Refunds
Your first paid subscription charge is refundable on request within 14 days. Later charges and partially used billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged after a timely cancellation or could not use the paid service because of a problem on our side, contact support so we can correct it.
Reasonable use
Do not bypass quotas, interfere with other workspaces, or use the service for unlawful activity. The service may restrict requests to maintain availability and enforce access limits.
Contact
For support, cancellation, or refund questions, email support@markdownmem.com.
Open source
The public engine's license applies to that repository. A hosted account does not change the open-source license, and self-hosting the engine does not create a hosted subscription.
